Overview
Manufacturing Operatives - Roles in Paint, Welding, Grinding and Assembly. Salary: From £19,500 to £24,500 (for 40hrs/week Mon-Fri) depending on experience. Background V3 are recruiting for a thriving family business specialising in designing & manufacturing world-class aluminium greenhouses and conservatories. Roles and Responsibilities This job role involves joining our experienced factory team, preparing and powder coating aluminium extrusions and profiles of our products. The ideal candidate will have some experience of manufacturing, but if you are hardworking and diligent then you are right for us. Skills and Personal Qualities ·Ability to use electrostatic powder coating guns or pre-treat systems (training will be provide) ·Ability to work in a small team ·Flexible (multi-skilling is encouraged) ·Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines ·Accuracy and attention to detail ·Taking pride in work. Other items of note: The company is based in a rural location near Petersfield in Hampshire, please only apply if you are willing and able to work in this location - your own transport is essential.
