Our goal is to keep our customers at ease throughout their visit by having certified Managers and Technicians on hand to provide needed repairs in an inviting environment. About the role The Service Advisor is a key role as you will support the management team with the smooth running of a brand new auto centre in Bracknell to ensure outstanding customer service is offered at all times, dealing with day-to-day enquiries as well as any issues which may arise. What will you do Handle customer enquiries and ensure their requirements are met Discuss various options to ensure their needs are met to include tyres checks & changes, MOT’s and routine servicing Liaise with other colleagues in the centre Do you have Previous experience working within a customer facing role, ideally within a meet & greet or a dealership environment Strong customer service skills Experience from within a similar position Ability to sell and plan to ensure targets are achieved Company Description TTi Global is one of the world’s leading providers of business performance solutions.
