This is a key role within the Global Lifecycle Management (GLM) group and a critical element of our aspiring growth plan. This position reports to the Vice President of International Operations. Responsibilities: * Support to set up an operational and financial structure in the UK to build a compliant and scalable infrastructure. * Liaise with critical internal stakeholder such as Finance, IT, HR as well as Service Delivery. * Program manage existing subcontractors to maintain / improve current service levels and identify opportunities to optimize in Phase 1. * Support the transformation from the current subcontractor ecosystem to a in-source model building the relevant resourcing and structure in Phase 2. * Establish and manage a relevant program structure to ensure task / timeline / status reporting, project staffing, along with control and governance for managing issues, risks, and scope. * Guide local & regional stakeholders to control execution of key initiatives; monitor performance and ascertain the need for improvements. * Monitor and ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies. * Keep senior Leaders (both Tech Data and vendor) informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations. * Coordinate strategy development: Proactively work with key stake holders and functional owners to consolidate and help build out our regional strategy for the Vended Services Program. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to network effectively, negotiate well and influence people * Proven experience as regional program lead or other similar position * Good understanding of project/program management techniques and methods * Good understanding of IT Services and their deployment * Good level of business practice consultative skills * Good knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting * 5 - 10 years Go-to-Market experience in a high value Go to Market environment * Comfortable with partners senior management * Fluent written and spoken English * Willingness to travel, understands regional requirements of such a role * Able to adapt to working hours of different Time zones * Experience of working with remote, international and cross matrix management * Able to work constructively under stress and pressure as well as in a multitasking environment
