Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Services Manager, to manage our care and support services that provides 24 hour support. The cliental group is Adults with Learning Disabilities who may also have dual diagnoses and associated complex needs, as well as domiciliary care. This is a brand new position. We have worked closely with many professionals to develop a bespoke service, which will enable the best possible outcome for those who use the service. Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage and motivate the project manager’s team. • Attending service review meetings, outcome-based meetings, safeguarding meetings etc. • Responding to all the complaints and safeguarding related communication. • Ensure Project managers provide the required quality standards determined by the company. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Effectively and confidentially managing data and information. • Providing exceptional customer care; undertaking relevant risk assessments. • Ensuring there are safe working environments for staff, investigating any accidents and complaints using process. Key requirements: • Minimum 3 years previous Senior Management experience • The passion to work with vulnerable Adults with Learning Disabilities, and other health needs. • The desire and commitment to achieve high standards of safeguarding. • You must be committed to provide the highest care standards. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Have at least level 4 NVQ/QCF and/or happy to work towards NVQ/QCF Level 5. • Learning disability, Complex needs, Autism or Challenging behaviour experience with Adults. • Excellent knowledge of the CQC. • Operational management experience and will work in a very hands on role. • Be an effective role model and will always ensure that the best standards of care are offered.
