Overview
Morning Stars is a specialist residential 20 bedded care home for people with severe and enduring mental health challenges. We provide quality short and long-term rehabilitation and recovery service to assist and support service users to reach maximum independence levels. We are looking to appoint an ambitious, experienced, driven and caring person to lead & manage our successful care home. You will be responsible for full home management including auditing, risk assessments, safeguarding, staff supervision and guidance, training, medication management, care planning, occupancy levels and, underlying all of this, always ensuring high quality care is being provided. You must have an excellent understanding of the CQC standards, have the skills to ensure high standards of care and possess strong leadership and communication skills The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar setting, with specific understanding of mental health. You must have a Level 5 or equivalent, RMN or any other relevant certifications to support your application. The role is subject to an enhanced DBS and satisfactory referencing.
