HNW Mortgage Adviser - City, London An excellent opportunity is available for an ambitious Mortgage Broker / Mortgage Advisor to join our client, one of London's most respected financial services providers specialising in HNW clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to forge a career and be part of a highly successful team that continues to grow. Splitting time between their City of London office and their HNW introducers in South West London, you will be responsible for providing bespoke residential and specialist mortgage advice to HNW and UHNW clients. As an independent Mortgage Broker / Mortgage Consultant you will provide specialist advice to clients regarding their property-based finance needs and are able to assist those with complex income structures and more unusual circumstances. They are able to utilise bridging, commercial, development and other structures within their solutions and, due to the nature of its clients, the company has developed relationships with private banks and lenders not available to many other firms. Experience required: Full CeMAP or equivalent Proven track record in mortgage sales Minimum 2 years experience mortgage advisory experience Preferred, experience with HNW clientele Be able to demonstrate strong protection sales skills and knowledge Drive and enthusiasm The ability to build relationships at all levels Package: Up to £41k Basic Uncapped Commission Bonus Excellent Benefits
