Overview

Sous chef required for a Restaurant serving fresh food near Luton. Finish around 8 pm weekdays and 9/10pm weekends. Responsible for the fresh dishes that the establishment has within one area of the kitchen. Accommodation available locally if required. The role We are looking for a sous chef from a fresh food background, to work with the head chef and manage the fresh dishes in the kitchen, write menus with the head chef. This role will include all the normal sous chef duties. Experience We are looking for a Sous Chef who can cook fresh dishes, write menus.
