Head Chef

My client is looking to recruit a Head Chef to join their well-established company in the Fylde area. The ideal candidate will be a Head Chef currently or Senior Sous Chef looking for the next step in their career. You will have a good knowledge of fine dining and have a strong background in Banqueting, having the ability to cater for events up for up to 1000 people, previous experience in a multi-outlet venue would be of an advantage. You will be required to take control of menu planning, menu writing, costings, stock control and GP alongside HACCAP, Allergen awareness and Food Hygiene. The successful candidate will be able to manage a fast flowing work environment, as well as having excellent time keeping, organisational skills and fantastic communication skills. This is a full time permanent position, salary up to £32,000 depending on skill and experience. You must have a full clean driving license to be considered for interview stage.
