Head of Software Engineering | Blackpool | £50,000 - £60,000 Langham Recruitment are currently seeking a proven Software Development Manager to join a growing company in Blackpool. The role will be responsible for managing and growing a global team of developers and embedding Agile methodologies and processes into the software engineering team. The position will also work closely with product management to support the product development lifecycle and ensure development activities are meeting the strategic needs of the business. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience of development team management experience Experience of coaching and mentoring developers Experience of leading teams working with OOP languages - .Net preferred Experience of managing the SDLC in an Agile environment (SCRUM/KANBAN etc) Salary and Benefits: Basic Salary in the range of £50,000 - £60,000 Enhanced employer contribution pension Profit share Life assurance Excellent training opportunities.
