Sous Chef - 2 AA Rosette dining pub - Baughurst We are currently recruiting a Sous Chef to join a brigade who are imaginative, creative and most importantly driven to be a part of a team with the desire to be the best in the area. The Sous Chef will support the Head Chef with running the team and deputise in his absence. The Place Our client is an independent award-winning country pub, boasting 2 AA Rosettes. They are focused on modern British cuisine using seasonal, fresh ingredients to create menus loaded with passion and imagination. This site is a modern gastro pub in Baughurst, Hampshire, with an amazing kitchen garden and local connections to ensure they are provided with the freshest seasonal produce available, meaning that the menu is altered regularly to reflect the ingredients available on any given day.
