Company: The Head Chef of this very successful Restaurant which is located within a beautiful multi award winning boutique 5 Hotel which has won AA London 5 Hotel of the year is currently looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the brigade. The Restaurant serves modern European cuisine for approximately 100 - 120 covers per service. The Chef de Partie vacancy offers excellent chances of progression. Chef de Partie Salary & Benefits: Up to £27,000 per annum Additional paid overtime / OTE £28,000 Pay increase due in March 48-50 hour week only 6 shifts per week 4 weeks holiday Meals on duty Pension scheme Additional annual Tronc bonus Excellent chances of progression 2 full days off Chef de Partie Requirements: At least 3 months experience as a Chef de Partie Experience within a similar fine dining operation Must have worked with fresh seasonal produce Organisational skills are very important Must be a team player Ability to follow instructions from Senior Chefs Able to run a section Good knowledge of Stock control Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations Must be punctual Looking for progression within the brigade This job was originally posted as www.caterer.com/job/89847928
