Commis Chef - 2 Rosette Country Pub

Here at Chefs for Chefs we are delighted to be working alongside a picturesque 2 rosette village pub set in Ellastone. The focus on food here using fresh locally sourced ingredients and combining them with the kitchen’s ethos; Fire, salt and pepper. Alongside this they also bake their own bread, and experiment with sugar works and chocolate. The kitchen has a strong team of 8 in place and are looking for a Commis Chef to join the ranks of their kitchen team The salary for this position is £17K-£18K with a healthy tips package on top as well. The hours required are 48 hours a week, and Live in is available at £50 a week which can also be found on site and is maintained at a good standard. Overall, we’re looking for a Commis Chef to join this successful brigade and to learn and grow.
