Commis Chef Country House Hotel Live In Available A country hotel located in the Peak District is currently recruiting for a Commis Chef role Role: A hotel that has an award winning restaurant is seeking a Commis Chef to join the team of six chefs working in the kitchen.The 30 cover restaurant offers modern British, fine dining dishes to its guests but the hotel also serves traditional pub meals in the bar area and is a popular choice for weddings due to its stunning location.As a result this Commis Chef role will require you to assist with the preparation of a wide range of dishes all prepared from scratch using high quality, fresh ingredients. Requirements: A Commis Chef who has good basic cooking skills is required to take on this role with experience working in fresh food kitchens.A chef who is eager to take on a role where you can continue learning through ongoing training in order to progress your career is required for the position at this hotel.
