Head Chef - Sleaford About the Role: Head Chef - Sleaford - Up to £28,000 Package. Role Overview/Client Intel: Our client is a family run business who is looking for Head Chef to run a small team of 3, always working to maintain strong relationships, and increase food sales and profit margins. The Role: You will have control of the kitchen team rota, and Oversee training and recruitment within that department. You will liase with food suppliers to ensure the best possible quality and prices in order to produce menus featuring freshly cooked food at a competitive price. Key Duties: Managing the kitchen and cooking with fresh produce. Experience in catering for large functions is critical as our newly refurbished function room (capacity 80 sit down) is currently taking lots of Bookings for this year and next. You will have an understanding of how to drive food sales in a challenging environment within the restaurant side of the business as we focus on opening the new bed and breakfast this summer. You will be expected to work 5 days from 7 including most weekends and this will comprise a mixture of split and straight shifts depending on business. The Requirements: Strong catering experience with working with fresh food. Someone has had experience with cooking for up to 100 heads. Benefits - Salary of up to £24,000 - £28,000 DOE.
