A village pub in Nottinghamshire is recruiting for a Chef to join the fast paced kitchen Role: A Chef role is available at a busy village pub that offers family-friendly dining in the bar and dining area where you will be working under the Head Chef.The pub has a menu that features a range of dishes including pub classics, international meals, grills and a popular Sunday lunch service.In this Chef role you will be required to be capable of upholding the standards in place and organising yourself so you are prepared for the busy dining periods. Requirements: It is essential that all chefs applying for this role have already gained good experience working within a busy pub kitchen with the ability to cope well when cooking under pressure.There will be some shifts when you are working alone in the kitchen, previous experience of running a busy kitchen is essential.
