The Malhotra Group PLC have an unmissable new opportunity available for a Restaurant Manager for our new leisure site the Three Mile in Gosforth. Job Title: Restaurant Manager Location: Three Mile, Gosforth Main Duties Include: Maintain exceptional & accurate service, positive guest relations & product consistency To monitor & check work, and act as a role model to ensuring consistency, accuracy and compliance with company policies, Health & Safety & Licensing Laws Communicate the roles, responsibilities & expectations of a job to employees. To increase sales, profitability and performance of the site To establish and implement necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of quality issues across all departments Pass along suggestions from and encourage staff to improve efficiency & service The list of duties is not to be regarded as exclusive or exhaustive.
