Overview

The Malhotra Group are opening the Three Mile in Gosforth and we are now recruiting for a Restaurant Supervisor to join the team. The successful candidate will oversee operations, ensuring exceptional customer service whilst maintaining high standards of order and cleanliness. Restaurant Supervisor Location: Three Mile, Gosforth Main Duties Include: Maintain exceptional & accurate service, positive guest relations & product consistency. To monitor & check work, and act as a role model to ensuring consistency, accuracy and compliance with company policies, Health & Safety & Licensing Laws. Communicate the roles, responsibilities & expectations of a job to employees. Pass along suggestions from and encourage staff to improve efficiency & service. Assist the management in training employees as well as reviewing & reinforcing correct procedures for existing employees. The list of duties is not to be regarded as exclusive or exhaustive.
