Overview

I am looking for multi-site Head Chef/Area Chef to Assist in kitchen operations and new openings for a reputable Restaurant Group, currently on the cusp of mass expansion nationwide. operating a few sites currently with more in the wings and refurbishments and openings on the horizon. This is a mobile role helping with training and supporting teams with new openings, menus etc. A fantastic opportunity As Openings Chef you will be responsible for ensuring all process in the lead up to opening is smooth and effective. This includes staff training and recruitment, menu briefing and development, overseeing soft openings and ongoing support during the period post opening The ideal candidate would come from a background working under a group restaurant structure, working in high volume environments, relevant experience as a Head Chef/Area Chef with multi-site experience is essential as well as exposure to quality dining and pubs. You will understand how to manage stocks and have a thorough knowledge of all Back of House paperwork including due diligence, Health and Safety, COSHH and HACCP.
