Pastry Chef de Partie - £22,000 – Sidmouth – Hotel - Immediate start - Live in Paramount Personnel is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the team at this beautiful hotel working with fresh produce in a breathtaking setting on the South Devon coast. · £22,000 plus service charge · Pastry Chef de Partie · Immediate start · Superb career opportunity · Excellent training · Shared accommodation available · 5 Days on 2 days off The successful candidate will have a background in delivering high quality patisserie, planning menu’s and creating new dishes, and when successful join a brigade of talented passionate chefs who create stunning dishes using local fresh ingredients to deliver an impressive dining experience. The successful Pastry Chef de Partie will support the pastry team in offering freshly prepared, high quality desserts, breads, pastries, ice creams and sweet garnishes. We are looking for a Pastry Chef that takes pride in his/her work and who will have previous experience working within a professional kitchen , preferably with food of a 1AA or 2AA Rosette standard. You will have a real passion for creating superb dishes and will be looking to achieve the highest possible standards of creativity and flavour at all times, using the best local and seasonal ingredients.
