Pastry Demi Chef de Partie - 22k - Devon Pastry Demi Chef de Partie Up to £22,000 Devon Up to 1AA Rosette Food Mainly Straight Shifts Immediate start available Live in accommodation available Tips and Benefits We have a number of exciting positions available for Pastry Chefs and Pastry Demi Chef de Parties. The establishments vary from hotels to restaurants and conference venues to Gastro pubs. The ideal candidates will have at least 2/3 years experience working in a professional kitchen and will have worked with all different types of Pastry, these will include desserts, petit fours, morning goods, ice creams and sorbets, afternoon tea, bread making and preferably some celebration cake work. Some of the positions have live in accommodation available, however some may not so your own transport would be an advantage but not essential. mainly straight shifts with the occasional Split shifts thrown in. The Pastry Demi Chef de Partie's will receive an annual salary in the region of £20,000 - £22,000 depending upon your level of experience. An immediate start is available but we will also wait for a notice period to be worked for the right person.
