A popular pub in the Mansfield region of Nottinghamshire is recruiting for a Chef Role: A pub that has a fast paced dining operation is seeking a Chef to take charge of the kitchen that can serve up to 200 covers on the busiest days.The pub offers menus featuring classic pub meals, grills, burgers and a daily carvery with a combination of bought in and freshly prepared dishes.In this Chef role you will lead a small team in the kitchen ensuring that you are all following food hygiene procedures and are organised so that you can cope with large numbers of covers ensuring that the food standards expected are always maintained. Requirements: An experienced Chef who has several years experience working in similar, high volume pub or restaurant kitchens is required to take on this position.Basic food hygiene knowledge is essential as you will be expected to ensure that the kitchen follows all necessary procedures.The ability to work well within a small team of chefs is essential for this role.
