Asst F&B Manager Oxford- Golf Course/Club, Fantastic Hours 8/9am-5/6pm, most days/ £24-£25K We are looking to recruit a Deputy F&B Manager for this Golf Club based just 10-15 mins drive from Oxford. The course is on of Oxford's oldest, boasting real heritage which dates back hundreds of years. Over the years, the members expectations have changed, which has led to the business really developing their F&B offering. The clubhouse has extensive facilities, geared up for large functions and they now run a lunch service. We are looking to recruit a full-time Asst/Deputy F&B Manager to work alongside the F&B manager. This role is very much customer focused, assisting with Golf dinners, private functions, helping to run the bar and overseeing lunch guests. The ideal F&B Manager will be from a hotel, restaurant or gastro pub and will have excellent service standards and product knowledge. Due to the nature of the business, the busiest times are from around 8am-7pm. This means your shifts will mostly fall within these times, unless there is a function, which might see you start & finish slightly later.
