Overview

Linux / Windows Infrastructure Engineer Reporting to the Support Manager you will be responsible for all infrastructure (software, hardware, and cloud) requirements of the business and ensure compliant implementation of all ISO22301 and ISO27001 policies. The successful candidate will be experienced in the following: Experience in working with both Linux and Windows servers Identifying IT infrastructure needs to meet current and future requirements of the business Any experience of implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of all agreed ISO27001 and ISO22301 policies Strong commercial experience working in technical IT support, with at least two years’ Any experience of IT and data security responsibilities Ability to create, configure and administer servers and their operating systems Maintaining and monitoring servers of all purposes and setup to detect possible issues before they arise Ability to analyse network traffic, troubleshooting and resolving any issues encountered. Ability to monitor, review and report on network performance Ability to identify suitable purchase items to give the business best value (combining quality, warranty and price), with replacements and/or additional upgrades not required within the estimated lifespan of the purchase In return our client will offer a forward-thinking, dynamic working environment, a team of expert and innovative individuals with a shared vision for development and growth.
