Part Time HR Generalist Part time HR Manager Stand Alone CIPD Leicester Part time - 3 days Client Details Page Personnel are supporting a highly and growing manufacturing business in Leicester with the appointment of a Part Time HR Generalist on a temporary basis (scope to become permanent later) Description This Part Time HR Generalist role is a stand-alone position, reporting to the MD of the growing organisation in Leicester. You will be responsible for all aspects of HR including: All aspects of recruitment All employee relations issues Reviewing and implementing policies and procedures Working alongside the MD to achieve the goals of the business Employee engagement and retention All HR administration Profile Ideal candidates will: Have a proven background in a similar role Be comfortable working in a fast paced and pressurised environment Be looking for part time hours, circa 3 days per week Job Offer Up to £35000 (FTE) Scope to become permanent at a later stage for the right candidate Immediate start available
