Overview

Providing support and advice on a broad range of employee relations as well as Tupe. Working closely with stakeholders at all levels and the wider HR team. Client Details An established and evolving Business Services company in Wolverhampton providing future opportunities for career development and to play a key role in the development of the people service. Description As HR Business Partner you will have responsibility for people related issues across a number of sites, acting as a trusted advisor to your stakeholders through building sound relationships. Key responsibilities will include: - Providing sound generalist HR advice to the Directors. - Working with managers and directors on ER related matters, providing sound advice and support including complex ER issues. - Acting as a coach in up-skilling managers and leaders on people related matters. - Providing support on recruitment & talent in helping to identify gaps and define the requirement, then ensuring a smooth process with the Internal Recruitment Partner. - Leading on specific people related projects including change management. - Monthly MI and reporting. Profile To be considered for this role you must be a proven HR Generalist or HR Business Partner used to working in an autonomous role. You will have sound ER and TUPE experience as well as 1st class relationship building and stakeholder management skills. This role will suit someone who is a self-starter, able to work off your own initiative. Experience of working in multi-site role is advantageous. You will also be resilient and able to influnece in a variety of ways. Job Offer £45k per annum car allowance Additional benefits
