Application Support Engineer - City of London - Permanent My Global Fintech client is building an Application Support function in their brand-new tech hub in the City of London. They are looking for a number of Application Support Engineers to join the team - who are ambitious and capable of delivering exceptional standards. Key Experience for Application Support Engineer: Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server or DB2 Experience working within an ITIL framework Deploying/managing apps within a Windows IIS environment Good knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems Key responsibilities for Application Support Engineer: Providing incident management to the various applications in accordance to SLAs Troubleshoot and diagnose application issues Become SME for at least one of the core applications used We are keen to get these roles filled ASAP - so please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
