Overview

This well established, local based company is looking to recruit an Office Manager to join their team. The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service and organisational skills, be able to remain calm under pressure, have the ability to establish and maintain good relationships with clients and colleagues and be able to remain calm under pressure. Duties and responsibilities will include: - Responsibility for the daily running of the office, paperwork, calls, visitors and diaries - Collating all timesheets - Document Control - Proof reading and issuing letters - Ensuring office is kept clean and tidy - Managing all administrators - Assisting in quality requirements, including audit preparation, and certification - Completing handover packs - Ensuring plant hire report is received - Assisting all different departments You will need to have exceptional customer service skills and be able to communicate well at all levels. You should also have excellent presentation skills and be proficient in MS Office applications.
