Overview

Huddle is looking for a friendly and highly organised person who can add real value to our team. We need someone who understands how crucial this role is to creating a great working environment. From welcoming people as they arrive, to making sure they have the supplies they need to get their job done, to supporting the HR team as they work across the business, this is a multi-faceted role and crucial to the smooth running of the company. A typical day Being the friendly face of Huddle: welcoming clients/guests/suppliers/employees as they come to reception and managing access to the office through the intercom Communicating with suppliers and building management Helping people in the office with queries Answering incoming phone calls Keeping the office tidy and well stocked (includes organising catering for weekly breakfasts) Manage calendar booking system to arrange meetings and conferences and provide refreshments and equipment as required Main contact for building facilities- raises needs and attends meetings as required as a channel for communication with our facilities provider Day-to-day contact on Health & Safety for our office environment including DSE online training coordination Coordinating internal events in our in-house auditorium, liaising with internal stakeholders including building security and external suppliers for food and drink, as needed Ad hoc duties as and when required by the business You must have Five GCSE grades C - A (4-9) or equivalent, including English and Maths Skills needed Communication Organisation Problem solving You will be approachable, friendly and people-focused and organised Excellent organisation and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Huddle are happy to support you through all of your learning requirements and development Some basic experience with e-mails and word would be a bonus Perks and benefits Free food & drink Gym membership Pension Social events Volunteering WhiteHat community Training provided: Training on the 18 month Standard Level 3 Business Administration (BA3) apprenticeship. Most of the above can be completed in a higher-level qualification.
