Sous Chef - dining pub - Farnborough - salary up to £26,000 tips We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join this skilled kitchen brigade to prepare and cook delicious dishes with an emphasis on creativity and freshness and manage the team in the Head Chef's absence and ensure the smooth running of all kitchen operations. The successful Sous Chef will have a passion for high quality food and the desire to develop, with previous experience working in a similar environment. The Place Our client is a beautiful contemporary dining pub in a charming historic building. The pub is something of a local landmark within the community, particularly during the biennial Farnborough International Airshow, where it offers unique views of the air displays. Their aim is to provide great food and drink in a friendly and relaxed environment with a focus on using local suppliers to deliver the best produce.
