This is a high-end operation with a renowned kitchen team, serving seasonal cuisine for loyal local clientele. The Front of House deliver a relaxed and friendly service while maintaining an eye for detail to ensure a smooth and faultless experience. Our ideal candidate will be a well organised person with at least 2 years fine dining experience, also possessing a flair for team building and 5-star service delivery. We are looking for a hands-on manager with a strong and dynamic personality willing to learn and grow within the company.
