Executive Head Chef – Pub Group Midlands Up to £80,000 Who will you be working for? An independently owned pub group, who is steadily expanding and has new openings locked in for this summer. Due to their ongoing success they are now seeking an Executive Head Chef with experience of overseeing a busy multi-site operation. About the position This is a busy, hands on role which will be mainly field based, so a degree of flexibility is essential. You will work closely with the senior management team implementing innovative menus and drive standards, quality and consistency across their sites. The Ideal Candidate will have Relevant experience as an Area or Executive Head Chef Management of multiple sites, ideally 15 units With a proven track record in managing cost of sales Ability to maintain great standards of Food Hygiene across all sites Keep up to date with current legislation, related to food safety and hygiene An excellent understanding of British food, ingredients and locally sourced produce.
