Sous Chef – Contract Catering – Independent Education Location: Surrey Salary: £25k My client is looking for an exceptional Sous Chef to help head up this busy Independent School. This contract is extremely demanding and high volume, looking after all areas of catering, you will be the Head Chefs right hand. We are looking for a Sous Chef who is super keen and has experience catering for large volumes. You will be comfortable leading a kitchen and be a support to the Head Chef. You will be extremely organised and can cope under pressure. This company like to have a positive calm environment and therefore some one of this demeanour will be successful, high contract volumes will not phase you.
