Sous chef position, We are looking for a sous chef with a great attitude and passion and experience with fresh, local produce. We are a pub restaurant that prides itself on great local food done well. With everything made in house including breads and ice creams. The role includes, preparation of food including, pastry, butchery and sauces. Being part of service and delivering quality food and presentation to the customers. The kitchen has recently been renovated with new equipment and cleanliness and organisation is very important. Working hours are around 40 hours per week with 2 days off.
