Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie The Lyme Bay Cafe and Bar - Lyme Regis, Dorset Job Summary We are looking for a Sous Chef or a strong Chef De Partie to join our team full time here at The Lyme Bay Café Bar. It’s your chance to be part of this new and exciting busy Café Bar serving great fresh produce to a very high standard. We are located right on the seafront in Lyme Regis, Dorset. Job Type / Category We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative Sous Chef or strong Chef De Partie to assist in running our busy restaurant kitchen. Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise. We want someone with creativity and passion to help us to produce innovative dishes, a lively personable team member with experience and drive, who will deliver the finest customer experience, who has a proven track record of achieving exceptional results in a fast paced environment.
