Maintaining the high standards that have been set and ensuring that all junior chefs are consistent in delivering an excellent product. In charge of the training and development of all chefs whilst continually improving the menu and changing dishes based on the seasons and on what grows in the property's gardens. The Individual: Previous 3 AA Rosette extremely desirable. Previous experience in recruiting own brigade and strong leadership skills You will be capable in managing all costings and be able to maintain strong profits margins, but more than anything, we want someone who is genuinely passionate about food and wants to share his love for cooking.
