Overview

Sales Administrator Temporary Grantham £Neg You will be responsible for providing Administrative support across Sales & Customer Service departments Receive customer orders on telephone, via email, fax or post. Respond to customer inquiries Process customer orders on time and in a timely manner. Advise customers on alternative products when required item is not available. Resolve problems regarding customer orders. Coordinate with sales and assist in processing orders. Interact with Accounts Receivables team regarding payments.
