Production Planner

We are currently seeking a Production Planner within the Planning department to work on the PM Shift. You will be responsible for and required to undertake the following duties (This is not an exhaustive list): Planning of products for throughput. Stock levels and controls. Processing orders and update spreadsheets. Planning production for lines and making amendments to original plans where appropriate. Monitoring output of lines. Liaise with raw material planner as necessary Able to cover other planners as necessary Help solve problems and make suggestions for improvement so that better ways of doing jobs are identified and implemented. Check and monitor processes making recommendations for any adjustments necessary. Carry out a range of manual tasks and activities and ensure all tasks are finished within permitted time frames. Organise own work activities. The successful applicant will: Your ability to work as part of a team and deal professionally with internal and external customers is a must. Full training both internal and external will be given to meet the standards as set out by both the site and our customers.
