Overview
Staffline is recruiting for a Production operative to work at our client's busy pork production warehouse in Redruth, Cornwall. The rate of pay is £8.62 per hour (rising to £9.00 per hour in line with NMW increase) Overtime is available at this site after working 48 hours and is paid at 1.25 x the hourly rate. There are both full and part time roles available, with shifts from Monday to Friday. The hours of work are: 5:30am to 2:30pm 3:30pm to 12:30am Your time at work As a Production Operative for this site, you will be working on a busy production line. You will be manually handling, labelling products, while checking that the bacon meets the specifications and standards of the client before stacking the boxes onto pallets. Our perfect worker Our ideal Production Operative will be comfortable working in a busy and fast-paced environment and works well under pressure. You will be able to stand for long periods while on the production line. You will be required to be flexible to meet the demands of the business and have good timekeeping skills. No previous experience is necessary as full training is provided.
