Transport Team Manager £28,000 Harlow We are currently looking for an engaging Transport Team Manager who will lead and energise the team to create a high performing team who are focused on delivering the highest level of customer service at all times. With a clear operational plan you will ensure your team understand the bigger picture and how they are key to delivering the business objectives. Leading the way in best practice you will work quickly and efficiently, communicating at all times with key stakeholders to ensure they understand key priorities. Operating a 24/7 site you will be working 12 hour day shifts Sunday through to Wednesday when you will do a shorter shift.
