Are you a Multi-Skilled (Mechanically Qualified) Maintenance Engineer looking for a days role? Fed up of constantly working Weekends/Shifts/Nights? Look no further 90% of Engineers hate working shifts & continentals but they just can't afford to take the financial drop onto Monday - Friday days. That's until these guys came along. These guys will give you all the tools, training & autonomy that you'll need to progress within your career within a bespoke textile Manufacturing facility. It's a close-knit team and business, so this means your voice will be heard, your ideas can be implemented - and quickly (there's less red tape). The Shifts: Monday - Friday (DAYS ONLY) occasional weekend overtime available Due to the increase in production, they're looking for an Experienced Maintenance Engineer to help hit production targets. I know what you're thinking, £35 - 38,000 for JUST Days only? Really?? Yes. Also, DON'T forget: 30 Days Holiday. Weekends off to socialise/spend time with family. Early finish Fridays Overtime available Training & Development With some overtime available, you have the opportunity to bump up your salary, without burning yourself out working ridiculous hours or shift patterns What do we need from you I hear you ask? You're going to need to be a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, preferably Mechanically biased (apprentice qualified). Industry experience is open (providing it's industrial machinery), this is all about the right Engineer. However, experience with the following will be a bonus: Steam Boilers, Compressors, Pipes, Welding, Pneumatics, Inverter Drives, Motors, PLC's (Fault Finding). You will look objectively at every side of an idea or situation to guarantee that all outcomes are thoroughly calculated before deciding on a suitable course of action. Planned Maintenance is important within this Engineering department- you won't be 'firefighting' for the entire shift. Obviously, from time to time you will perform Reactive Maintenance, but you'll have a real chance at driving efficiency and improvement across the site.
