A fantastic opportunity to work for an award winning M&E Service Provider who are recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer – electrical bias to cover a number commercial sites in West of London - Slough/Uxbridge- M4 corridor down towards Newbury. This role is offering a salary of £36,000 per annum including a company vehicle, fuel card, tablet. With fantastic opportunities to develop and progress within the industry. Job Role: You will be required to work Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm with overtime opportunities available. Overtime rates – Mon – Fri, time & half; Weekends –Double The role of a Mobile Maintenance Engineer is to carry out the servicing and reactive repairs to electrical & mechanical services. Additionally the engineer will be expected to assist other trades as directed by the operations supervisor. Carry out routines unsupervised (PPM and reactive), diagnose and repair faults on electrical and some mechanical building services ( L8, AHU maintenance, fire alarms, lighting testing, lighting repairs, pumps, motors, heating system fault finding and awareness (Heat exchangers, actuators, pipe work) Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to; · Emergency lighting · AHU’s, FCU’s · Pumps, Motors · Plumbing · Fans, Belts, Filters · General maintenance Skills Required: The successful candidate must have: · With at least 3 years experience in building services · Full UK CLEAN Driving Licence · 17 th /18 th edition · City & Guilds Electrical · Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role For further information or to discuss your application please contact Jamie at The InVictus Group on 0207 397 5303.
