Fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing Technology and data organisation. Very good opportunity for the right person to progress further within the role and team and the potential to become a Subject Matter expert of the Platform. Working in a smaller, but crucial team providing 1st Line customer support for an on-line energy platform. The queries are mainly from e-mails however, there will also be a large element of speaking with customers over the phone. You will be working on a ticketing system, handling 1st line level queries and escalating more technical issues to the right team. Liaising with the customer throughout, right through to closing the ticket down. Skills/experience required: Good basic to intermediate experience of Excel At least six month experience within a 1st Line Support role (Help-desk/Service Desk or Platform support) Technical Degree or qualification is required Solid Customer Service experience Excellent communication skills, verbally and written (e-mail) Accurate, articulate and remains calm in a busy work situation This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89882162
