Overview
My client, an ethical Asset Management company is looking for Senior Operations and Compliance Manager to join their growing team in the London office. Since it is a hybrid role, the ideal candidate must have relevant experience, both in Compliance and Operations role in an Asset Management firm, strong knowledge of FCA regulations and investment operations. Key responsibilities include: Providing compliance advice to trading and operations departments. Reviewing and approving financial promotion and marketing materials. Maintaining and implementing compliance policies, staying abreast of all relevant regulations and legislation. Overseeing investment operations activities such as trade processing, confirmation and settlements. Supervising and approving NAV calculations and client reporting. Managing the middle and back office operations. Supervising the firm’s finance, accounting, and reporting activities. Monitoring outside service providers such as administrators, brokers, IT vendors etc. For the right person, the Company is offering salary in range of £70,000 - £90,000 generous benefits package.
