Overview

City & Capital Headhunters are currently representing a leading player in the data analytics market who are keen to identify and appoint an experienced and confident Relationship Manager to take responsibility for three of their key accounts within the insurance sector. Your remit will be to grow and develop both the ongoing revenue and product sales across each of these top level accounts through excellent relationship management and commercial activity. Our client is a FTSE listed business and is an instantly recognisable brand globally. The opportunities for long term career progression within the division and wider group are nothing short of exceptional. Within the role you will work closely with the Supplier Management and Procurement teams within each of the 3 insurance client organisations. You will manage contract renewal cycles, resolve problems and have significant involvement in all bid activity for each client. The ideal individual will have a demonstrable track record of success within an Account Director/RM role in a corporate environment, preferably within a regulated setting. You will have the analytical capability required to identify opportunities to add value to the clients via a suite of 100 data enrichment/analytics tools together with the passion and energy required to lead relationships with blue chip clients. Our client is willing to pay up to £55k as a basic salary for the ideal individual, which will be relevant to experience and performance at interview, as you would expect. This will be complemented by a particularly generous bonus scheme. You will be home based but the role will involve significant travel to client sites and corporate headquarters as required and you will be expected to: Regularly update the Divisional Director in terms of contract performance to KPI’s and anticipated new product sales Deliver outstanding customer experience for your clients Work with and deliver key MI to drive future performance for each account Develop strong, multi-level relationships with clients Quantifiable skills & experience of the ideal individual include: Highly organised & confident in managing own diary/pipeline to time manage key requirements accordingly Ambitious and keen to grow with the business Previous experience of overseeing high value contract renewals Proven and demonstratable track record Proactive approach to resolving issues Strong IT skills and ability to adapt to new IT systems There is a reasonable amount of urgency to fill this position as you might expect, in line with the exciting expansion plans outlined above.
