Relationship Executive £10.50 - £12.83 per hour DOE Temporary with the potential to go Permanent for the right candidate. Nottingham Immediate start Our loyal client based in Nottingham are currently looking to recruit an Relationship Executive to join their close-knit team on a Temp-Perm basis. Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm. 37.5 hours per week. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: To live and role-model the company values. Build exceptional relationships with staff improving staff retention performance for the branch and an improvement in results of staff satisfaction surveys. Ensure all staff are booked into available shifts; matching both requirements and skill set. Foster meaningful relationships with staff to ensure they understand and deliver on expectations and in return receive a remarkable employee experience. Confidently recruit new healthcare and nursing staff; from initial online application leading to their first shift worked. Be a key point of contact for staff, dealing with any queries that arise, taking action to resolve any concerns swiftly and with ease. Effectively manage the training requirements of staff and ensure training courses are fully utilised. Attend staff meetings and training courses for self-development. Work as part of a strong team to consistently meet and exceed individual and branch targets. Support Management with the strategic direction and sales opportunities for the branch.
