Overview
New Opportunity. Technology Account Director role working for a successful medium size business based in the UK who have enjoyed significant UK success and recent expansion internationally. The organisation operates in a critical sector for the UK and as such they are still actively recruiting. Reporting to the Sales Director and working closely with the wider board of directors your role will be critical in the continued growth and expansion of the business. Taking a highly innovative and market leading product to market you will develop new, and build on existing, relationships with key decision makers to influence their decisions and build credibility and trust. You will be someone who is an experienced solution sales leader able to demonstrate where you have been able to quickly understand customers' drivers, challenges and opportunities and proposed technology and software solutions that transform their business. You will work hand-in-hand with the executive team and the bid team in order to build complex bids using your experience with the customer to build out a compelling proposition. Sales values are in excess of £5m and it is a pre-requisite of the role to have experience leading solution sales with values in excess of this amount. Sales cycles can run into years rather than months so experience of leading long sales processes is vital. The successful candidate will have experience across the following, working for a small or medium size business, solution sales, technology sales, SaaS, experience of selling mission critical technology services and software. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a truly innovative and market disrupter with a strong financial track record and an executive team who are extremely well networked, connected and respected in the industry in which they operate. The role will pay a basic salary upwards of £100,000. There is no bonus or commission package, the executive team favour a reward package that pays a consistent OTE all wrapped up in base package.
