Overview
QED Legal's client, a leading firm who are at the forefront of the legal community in the north east of Scotland and beyond. The Private Client Department continues to grow and as such there is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Paralegal. You will run your own caseload of Executry matters which shall include: Examining executry papers, preparing initial letters, preparing Inventory and drafting application for Confirmation. Preparing relevant Inheritance Tax forms, engather funds, prepare executry accounts pay legacies and finalise payments to beneficiaries. It is anticipated the successful candidate shall have a minimum of 2 years' previous relevant executory experience, have excellent client facing skills and have a flexible approach to your workload.
