Your new role This commercial litigation role is one of the best available for a junior lawyer looking to take their career forward. You will join a nicely sized team that has an excellent profile. The work will involve partnership and shareholder disputes as well as mainstream contractual disputes. You will also gain some exposure to professional negligence disputes, insolvency matters as well as some property litigation disputes. The firm acts for a good range of corporate clients as well as a broad spread of SME clients. What you'll need to succeed You should be a commercial litigation lawyer at NQ level or with up to 3 years' pqe. You should have gained a solid grounding in commercial litigation, have good academics and be a well rounded team player.
