Now operating over 160 localised websites, shipping to 193 territories, THG has harnessed the power of the Ingenuity platform to continually set the standard for achieving sustainable global growth in the beauty, wellbeing, and nutrition spaces Requirements * Derive data-driven insights from available datasets to inform decision-making and strategy * Working closely with financial, trading and marketing teams with a good understanding of qualitative and quantitative financial models * A focus around P&L building using modelling and taking into account the digital marketing channels to drive overall performance of the website * Identify areas for improvement and saving through analytical approach * Utilise available tools, including Excel, SQL, Google Cloud Platform, Python, Tableau, R * Working with third party clients to provide data insights to grow their businesses, including trading, marketing, buying, merchandising and supply chain teams * Deliver and set-up automated reporting for internal and external use through * Assist with pitches to third party clients from a data perspective to try and bring them on board, talking in detail on how models/P&Ls have been derived Required experience: * Degree level Education (or above) in any Science or Mathematics * Great attention to detail and the ability to problem solve * Good planning and organisational skills * Experienced with digital analytical tools in marketing and business management * A collaborative approach to sharing ideas and finding solutions * Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences * Excellent communication and presentation skills Benefits * Competitive Salary * Company Bonus Scheme * Company discounts * On-site GP and Physio * Company Pension
