An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced residential conveyancing legal assistant or paralegal to join this excellent Birmingham city centre law firm. Based in state of the art offices in the centre of Birmingham, you will join this firm's Residential Development department where you will work on a variety of complex and routine cases for charity, faith social business and health & social care clients. The role will require the delivery of residential conveyancing work and other routine work such as lease extensions. To be considered for this residential conveyancing assistant/paralegal role based in Birmingham you must be a committed individual, have excellent attention to detail, have previous experience in conveyancing and have experience dealing with freehold and leasehold properties, acting for sellers, buyers and mortgage lenders.
